Welcome to Synapse Computers. We're located in Alpine, Utah. After working for many other computer companies we've decided to branch out on our own. We have worked for various companies. This includes BYU Idaho, Adaptec, Hewlett Packard, and many small local firms in Utah. Combined we have over twenty years between us.
Synapse Computers deals with anything involving computers. Our main focus is end user computer repair and outsourced IT, hardware and software. That would also include building computers, upgrading computers & laptops, repairing computers & laptops, home networking, consultation, and even computer modification. We also offer services such as digitizing your music collection including vinyl. We offer competitive rates compared to our competitors and we can build you a better quality computer than the pre-built manufactures for about the same price. We also build specialty computers such as home theater computers.
After reading this you might be asking yourself what makes us think that we are a better alternative than our competitors. Many computer repair centers advertise that they only hire A+ Certified technicians. Most people don’t know what that means but they like the word “certified.” However, the A+ Certification does not teach someone how to repair computers. It teaches them what the different parts in a computer are, what they do, and how they work together. We have that knowledge, which is a good base to start from, but we also have much real world experience in repairing all aspects of computers & laptops and our knowledge about building computers also helps a good deal in computer repair.
Our focus is repair. We do end user repair and we also would love to help your business if you can't justify having your own IT staff. Let us help you save some money on your IT needs. When it comes to building computers we will sit down with you and go over your needs and wants. We want to build you a computer that is built just for you with nothing that you don’t need. We can also sit down with you and go over the viability of upgrading your current computer if building a new one isn’t in your budget. We also use higher quality parts than pre-built manufactures do. They are very reliable but if there is ever a problem we will return the product to the manufacture and get you a replacement as long as the warranty lasts and we offer a 1 year warranty on all the computers we build. All the parts we use have between a one and five year warranty.
